Ingredients:
- 4-6 pork chops
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp sugar substitute
- 1/4 garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Sides of your choice!
Directions:
- Whisk together all ingredients and pour over pork chops to marinate ahead of time.
- Let rest 15 minutes before heating up the grill.
- Grill 5-7 mins on each side or until they reach 145 degrees internally.
- Let rest 5 mins before serving with the sides of your choice!
